Shipping Policy

• We ship exclusively within Switzerland.

• Deliveries are handled by La Poste, DHL, Planzer, local courier, or our internal service.

• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation (subject to holidays and peak periods).

• Orders over CHF 200: free standard shipping in Switzerland.

• Orders under CHF 200: shipping fees apply.

• Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

• Transport damages must be reported in writing to the carrier and the Seller within 48 hours, with supporting photos.
